Marshall Mountain Resort provides wedding and event planning services, venue rentals, and related accommodations. Our services include but are not limited to:We may collect personal information from you when you:
•  Wedding ceremony and reception venues
•  Event planning and coordination
•  Accommodations and lodging
•  Catering and bar services
•  Adventure excursions and activities
•  Photography and vendor coordination

Booking and Reservations

All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your event date.We use the information we collect to:

Pricing and Payment
‍
All prices are subject to change until a contract is signed. Additional fees may apply for extra services, overtime, or special requests. Payment plans are available for qualifying events.

Cancellation Policy
‍
Cancellation policies vary by service and timing:
•  More than 12 months out: Full deposit refund
•  6-12 months out: 50% deposit refund
•  Less than 6 months out: Deposit non-refundable
•  Less than 30 days out: No refunds

Guest Conduct
‍
All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Marshall Mountain Resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or violates our policies. Excessive alcohol consumption or illegal activities will result in immediate removal without refund.

Alcohol and Special Events
‍
All events serving alcohol must comply with New York State liquor laws. Marshall Mountain Resort can provide licensed bartending services or allow you to bring your own alcohol with proper permits. We reserve the right to stop service to intoxicated guests.

Vendor Policies
‍
All vendors must be approved by Marshall Mountain Resort. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and must comply with our setup and breakdown schedules. Damage caused by vendors may result in additional charges.

Weather and Force Majeure

Marshall Mountain Resort is not responsible for events affected by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will work with you to reschedule or modify your event as needed.

Photography and Media
‍
Marshall Mountain Resort may take photographs during events for promotional use. Guest photographers must follow venue guidelines and may be subject to additional fees for commercial photography.

Limitation of Liability
‍
Marshall Mountain Resort's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property, injuries, or indirect damages.

Governing Law
‍
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

Changes to Terms
‍
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
